Laser Storm takes place in a darkened arena with smoke, flashing lights and loud music. Any participants affected by these factors should discuss this with staff before the event. If the person booking the event requests it, we can vary the way the event is run, as long as we have prior notice.
The events take place in the play frame. This contains obstacles that are less easy to see in the dark. Participants must take care when moving around the frame to avoid colliding with obstacles and other participants. Safety goggles are available for the wearers of spectacles.
AGE. Children participating in laser storm should be aged 7 or over (at the weapon master's discretion).
CONTACT. If you are leaving a child at JR Zone to attend a laser storm event you MUST sign and leave a contact number in case of an emergency.
WEAPONS. Laser Storm guns must be worn properly at all times. The weapons master will demonstrate this during the briefing.
DAMAGE. DO NOT bang the guns as this may result in damage.
ALCOHOL. Alcohol is strictly forbidden on the premises. If you attempt to bring alcohol in, you may be asked to leave.
WEAPONS MASTER. The Weapons Master's decision is final in all respects. Anyone not complying with these rules will not participate.
